Coordination of details

When we receive your order, we will contact you and coordination the details of the order, terms, payment and delivery options.

Sending an order

Then you pay for the goods and delivery, and we will pack your order and send it with the delivery that we have chosen together.

How to pay

Payment by card. We will send you a payment link as soon as we see your order. (Now only for Russia)
Payment by card for EU and other countries. We will send you the account details for payment.
Payment to the courier upon receipt. (Only for Moscow)
Cashless payment for companies. After placing an order, we will send you an invoice for payment.

All payments go through the gallery system and according to their rules.

Shipping

Delivery outside Moscow is calculated individually for each order and depends on the size, weight and destination. As a standard, we use Russian Post, but if you wish, we can send by other companies.

Delivery within Moscow, within the Moscow Ring Road, free of charge for purchases from $100

If the order amount is less than $100, then delivery within the Moscow Ring Road will be $5

Outside the Moscow Ring Road, delivery is calculated individually by prior arrangement.
